About: NUCLIO and Science Club of Escola Secundária Marques Castilho will provide to their students a astronomy stargazing session, observing with portable telescopes and naked eyes, including a lecture about different issues, from mythology to the characteristics of different stages of stellar development. Discovering the Sky - The activity consists in a workshop for 7th grade students and members of the Quark Up Science Club on January 10-11. Students will use computers to learn the astronomy softwares Stellarium and Celestia.
Heaven and Its Discovery - The Stellarium Astronomy Software and Celestia will be held on the 10th and 11th in the 7th, 10th, and 10th grades. Laptops and groups of 2 will be used to explore the programs and relate to the content taught in the 7th grade. There are 68 students and the estimated time is 4 hours and 30 minutes. The same activity will also be carried out at the QUARK UP Experimental Science Club with 16 students, with 4 students from 11th grade with adapted curriculum and with Universal Support Measures. The expected time 90 minutes. In total, 6 hours
