Observation of the sky: Rediscover the sky through our telescopes. Discover all the wonders that can be seen at night.
Guided Tours to the Galileo Gallilei Planetarium of Buenos Aires: The Planetarium is a unique building due to its history and architecture: an icon in astronomic disclosure. The guided tour will enable you to walk through the 'Astronomic Square' where you will discover the original meteors from "Campo del Cielo" (Chaco, province of Buenos Aires), the sundial and the local time zone representation. Inside the building you will see the moon rocks brought by Apolo XI, the Copernicus Planetarium and also the antique Zeiss Planetarium.

The observation will be with and without telescope. During the event we will train people to observe the Total Solar Eclipse on July 2019, safely.

About: Through the official website of the Villa Mercedes Astronomy Club (www.clubdeastronomiavm.org) the sky of the province of San Luis Argentina will be broadcast live and direct. By means of a camera adapted to the telescope "Dr. Stella Maris Malaroda" we will observe the Moon, star planets and star clusters. Participants may interact with facilitators who will provide data and observation details. Participants can upload selfies and comments that will be displayed on the web and official social networks of the Club and #IAU100
