Organizer Comments:	First, the students viewed with interest the "Around the World in 80 Telescopes" event. Friday, the students participated to "The Gnomon" activity.They observed the Sun. They observed with patience and perseverance the movement of the shadow. They have measured with attencion and carefully the length of the shadow and determined angular height of the Sun and the meridian of the place. They shared this activity on the Internet. I think it is very important to participate with students in such activities to enrich their knowledge,to form habits , to training of skills similar to a scientist.
