Description:
The Gemini Observatory consists of twin 8-meter optical/infrared telescopes. One is located on Mauna Kea in Hawai‘I and the other on Cerro Pachón in Chile. Together the telescopes can observe anywhere in the northern or southern hemisphere sky. An international partnership supports the observatory
